All equipment supplied by Fire Tech Plus Ltd comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, which can be extended to meet specific requirements.

Our managed IT support services (MSP) prioritize proactive maintenance to prevent issues and security breaches for an affordable fix monthly charge, with unlimited support hours included. We utilize leading helpdesk and specially developed remote monitoring tools to track and resolve issues efficiently. Monthly summaries and automatic escalations ensure transparent communication and swift resolution of incidents. Urgent incidents always receive prompt attention, usually within 30 minutes. Charges vary according to the service level.
Office and Facilities:
We maintain an office and stock facility at Bahai, Kukum Highway where our qualified personnel are conveniently located to deliver a wide range of IT equipment and support service to customers across Honiara and to the provinces.
